Job Title: Senior Manager- Business Finance 

Location: Banagalore

Experience: 7-10 Years

  • Identify new initiatives to drive efficiency and work with cross-functional teams to create strategic plans for the Year, Quarter, and Month.

Track & Report:

  • Monitor and report on performance against existing metrics.
  • Develop new metrics and leading indicators to effectively represent past and future performance.
  • Identify successes and areas needing improvement.

Control:

  • Implement financial discipline in the function to manage expenditures while fostering growth.

Execute:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute planned strategies aimed at achieving company goals in terms of growth and profitability.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead discussions with relevant stakeholders to enhance growth and profitability while driving other initiatives.

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of business operations.
  • Preferred experience with Tableau, SQL, and Advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, adept at stakeholder management.
  • Self-starter with proactive thinking and execution capabilities.

Persona

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institute.
  • Preferred experience in Banking/NBFC or Equity research.
  • 7-10 years of experience, ideally in a business finance or partnering role.
