Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, proven team management skills, and the ability to design and implement strategies that drive engagement, growth, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, paid ads, etc.).
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of digital marketers to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
  • Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in team handling/leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.

    Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
