Reporting to: Lead Product Designer / Principal Product Designer

Experience: 0 to 3 years

Pune (Hybrid)

Critical selection criteria:
  • A basic understanding of design principles, micro animation and motion design techniques.
  • We're looking for candidates with a graduate degree in design or design-related fields as a minimum qualification.
  • Contractual commitment would be for 40hr/wk, preferred to work from our Kothrud, Pune office.
  • Proficient in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma, or other similar motion design tools.
  • A portfolio showcasing creativity and motion experiments.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and iterate quickly.
  • Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
You will work on:

  • Assisting with motion design for customer projects across various industries.

  • Assisting in the creation of marketing assets for digital product case studies, campaigns, and presentations.

  • Collaborating with senior designers and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life through animation.

  • Learning and evolving your craft in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in Animation, Motion Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.

  • Knowledge of design and how motion supports user experience and interfaces.

  • Basic video editing skills using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar tools.

  • Experience with Lottie, Rive, or other tools used for lightweight web/mobile animations.

  • Exposure to storyboarding and creating explainer or case study videos.
