Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content tailored for each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and engage with followers through social listening techniques.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics to track performance metrics and analyze engagement data.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on public relations initiatives and branding efforts.
  • Support e-commerce campaigns by creating promotional content that drives traffic and conversions.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy and consistency before publication.
  • Assist in photography and video editing tasks to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve our social media strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics (Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual tasks effectively.
  • A background or coursework in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
