Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of digital and print media.
  • Develop motion graphics and animations for social media, websites, and video content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables maintain a high standard of quality.
  • Conceptualize and design creatives for promotional campaigns, including banners, ads, and other visual assets.
  • Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics, animations, and other visual effects.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve our design outputs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic & Motion Designer, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and motion design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphic design techniques.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing or education-focused industries.
  • Familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
