Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Jaipur. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Responsibilities also include preparing financial reports, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting in budget preparation and financial forecasting. The Accountant will work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate financial reporting and support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare bills, invoices, and vouchers
  • Create financial and accounting reports
  • Track and reconcile petty cash
  • Process payroll and manage salary payments
  • Maintain and update accounts in Tally ERP
  • Assist with statutory compliance and tax filings
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial documentation

Qualifications

  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Skills in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance with financial regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software like Tally and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry is beneficial
