Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate for Bhanzu's Presales team targeting the United States,
you'll be the first point of contact for prospective learners and parents exploring our
programs. Your role involves qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and setting
the stage for successful enrollments. If you're a recent graduate with great communication
skills and a hunger to grow, this is your launchpad.
What You'll Do:
● Initiate contact with inbound leads and conduct discovery calls
● Understand learner profiles and assess fit for Bhanzu's programs
● Maintain detailed lead interactions on CRM platforms
● Communicate Bhanzu's value propositions with clarity and empathy
● Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for seamless lead handoffs
● Track engagement metrics and provide feedback for campaign improvement
● Support regional outreach campaigns with presales insights
What You Need
Desired Candidate Profile
● Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in sales, presales, customer support, or
edtech
● Strong spoken and written English (neutral accent preferred)
● Willingness to work US shifts (EST/PST time zones)
● Good listening skills and a people-first mindset
● Comfort with CRM tools and virtual communication (Zoom, email, etc.)
● Self-driven and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
