Job Title: Packaging QC Associate

Location: Narhe, Pune

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role:

The Packaging QC Associate ensures packaging quality across all vendors and production sites. This includes inspecting, testing, and validating packaging materials for functionality and aesthetics, conducting vendor audits, and maintaining quality documentation. Frequent travel to supplier facilities and co-packers is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test packaging materials (bottles, jars, tubes, cartons, labels, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, artwork, and durability requirements.
  • Conduct vendor audits, line trials, and maintain QC documentation.
  • Approve artworks, verify dimensions, sealing, print quality, and functionality.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve quality issues and implement preventive actions.
  • Support continuous improvement in packaging quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with FMCG packaging and internal SOPs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Packaging Technology, Printing & Packaging, Industrial Engineering, or Material Science.
  • 2–3 years' experience in packaging QC (FMCG/cosmetics/D2C preferred).
  • Knowledge of packaging materials, testing methods, and QC tools.
  • Experience in vendor management and documentation.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

  • Strong understanding of packaging materials and testing standards.
  • Attention to detail, analytical approach, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Excellent documentation, coordination, and vendor communication skills.
