About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, and social platforms to improve brand awareness and engagement.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance based on data.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Oversee and manage the company's website and ensure content is up to date and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to enhance search visibility.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and new tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing or similar roles (2–5 years).
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress, and email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Creative mindset with strong communication and writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads certifications.
  • Experience working with e-commerce or travel-related platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation systems (ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot, etc.).
