Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Finance & Account Manager to join our team with 8-12 Years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, with preference given to candidates who are Chartered Accountants (CA) or have significant experience in financial management.  

Job location

  • Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for doing transactional entries in ZOHO. 

  2. Responsible for Bank Reconciliation and cash book record on weekly Basis. 

  3. Responsible for All Invoicing. 

  4. Responsible for Disbursing Vendor Payments. 

5.Responsible for Cash Withdrawals and Disbursement 

  1. Document & Voucher Management. 

7.100% Control of Registration Fees. 

  1. Updating Vendor Transaction. 

  2. Responsible for Submitting Weekly Reports to Management. 

  3. To ensure Adherence of all Statutory Obligations (TDS, S.T, P.F & ESI) 

  4. All Statutory Payments Deposit on Monthly & Timely (TDS, S.T, P.F & ESI) 

  5. Responsible for Cash Management. 

  6. Ensuring Closure of Books & Assist in Audit. 

  7. Supervision Costs and Undertake Measure to Control Costs. 

  8. Preparation of Salary Sheet on Time, end to end payroll closure. 

  9. Update Collection & TDS Receivable / Invoices and generating Outstanding.

  10. Financial Accuracy and reduce cost of interest. 

  11. All the Customers Accounts Reconciliation on Quarterly Basis. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or CA qualification preferred. 

Skills

Experience required preferably 8 -12 years 

2)Proven experience in financial management, account management, or a related field. 

3). Strong understanding of financial principles, including financial analysis, investment strategies, and risk management. 

4). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. 

5). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

6). Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 

7). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and financial software applications. 

8). Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus. 

9). Prior experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
