Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Validation Expert to lead and execute validation efforts across systems, processes, and product implementations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in testing, documentation, and compliance, and is skilled at ensuring that systems meet regulatory, technical, and business quality standards. This role is pivotal in delivering reliable, high-performing solutions through rigorous validation and continuous quality improvement.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Validation Planning: Develop and implement validation strategies, protocols, and test plans for systems, platforms, and business processes.
  • System & Process Testing: Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance validation across various applications and platforms (e.g., POS systems, online ordering, ERP).
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain validation documentation including IQ/OQ/PQ, risk assessments, traceability matrices, and deviation logs.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure systems meet industry standards, regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, PCI-DSS, ISO, or internal compliance), and business requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Compliance teams to integrate validation into system development and deployment lifecycles.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track issues and inconsistencies; work with technical teams to drive resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement enhancements to validation processes, tools, and frameworks to improve coverage, traceability, and efficiency.
  • Training & Guidance: Provide guidance on validation best practices to QA teams and stakeholders involved in deployment or compliance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in quality validation, testing, or compliance-focused roles.
  • Experience with validation tools and test management platforms (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM, Zephyr).
  • Strong understanding of validation methodologies (e.g., IQ/OQ/PQ) and SDLC/Agile frameworks.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory or compliance standards applicable to the business (e.g., FDA, HIPAA, PCI, ISO 9001).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience validating POS, online ordering, or enterprise software systems.
  • Familiarity with automation tools or scripting for test execution and data validation.
  • Certifications such as ISTQB, ASQ, or Six Sigma are a plus.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries (healthcare, pharma, financial services) is a bonus.
