  • Client coordination: Meet with clients to understand their needs, plan event details, and act as the main point of contact.
  • Event planning: Determine venue layout, manage seating arrangements, and coordinate special requests for decor, food, and beverages.
  • Staff management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise banquet staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards.
  • Operations and logistics: Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
  • Coordination with other departments: Liaise with kitchen staff (Head Chef), sales, and other teams to ensure all aspects of the event are aligned.
  • Budget management: Develop and manage event budgets, monitor costs, and maintain financial records.
  • Quality and safety: Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet quality and safety standards and that the venue complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Problem-solving: Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients or guests during the event.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
