Location: Palal Motors,Nettoor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process warranty claims as per OEM (manufacturer) guidelines
  • Verify repair orders and prepare claim documentation
  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for accurate claim details
  • Follow up with OEM for claim approvals and settlements
  • Maintain warranty records and MIS reports
  • Ensure timely submission of claims to avoid rejections

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in service/warranty (freshers can also apply)
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
