JOB DESCRIPTION Job Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support field through trouble shooting on system.
  • Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT.
  • Monthly hold clearance.
  • Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team.
  • Coordinate with Sales & ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT.
  • Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process.
  • Liasoning with functional team Operations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Support field through trouble shooting on system.
  • Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT.
