About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our jewellery production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.
• Ensure timely and error-free entries in Gati software pertaining to inventory management.
• Prepare and update Excel reports as required for operational and management use.
• Verify data for accuracy and correct any discrepancies.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Operator, preferably in a jewellery production set up.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions and data handling).
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using Gati software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines.
