About the Role

We are looking for a detail-driven Process Coordinator to oversee and streamline workflow across our design, production, marketing, and retail teams. In the fashion industry, timing and precision are everything — you will ensure that every stage, from concept sketches to final retail launch, runs smoothly, on schedule, and in line with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Workflow Management

  • Coordinate timelines between design, sampling, production, and merchandising teams.
  • Track order status, fabric procurement, and quality checks to meet collection deadlines.
  • Maintain production calendars and ensure alignment with seasonal launches.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Serve as the communication bridge between creative, marketing, retail, and logistics teams.
  • Document and circulate project updates, approvals, and changes.
  • Support collaboration with external vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers.

Process Improvement

  • Identify bottlenecks in workflow and propose process enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate records of processes, approvals, and compliance documents.
  • Standardize operational checklists to ensure consistency across all fashion lines.

Event & Launch Support

  • Assist in coordinating fashion shows, product launches, and brand events.
  • Ensure smooth logistical execution for shoots, PR activities, and seasonal campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in process coordination, production management, or operations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools .
  • Understanding of the fashion production cycle, seasonal trends, and brand standard.
