Job Title: SeniorFinance Executive – Internal Finance (India, US & Canada Accounting)Location: Bangalore Experience: 3–5 years Department: Internal Finance – Zapcom Budget: 6 LPA KeyResponsibilities: Takeownership of day -to -day finance operations including bank accounting, expensebooking, payroll entries, and vendor payments across India, US, and Canadaentities. Manage andreview general ledger accounting, revenue recognition, intercompanytransactions, and reconciliations. Drivemonthly MIS reporting, P&L analysis, balance sheet schedules, and financialvariance analysis for internal leadership and external stakeholders. Leadclient invoicing, billing cycles, receivable tracking, and approval workflowsto ensure timely recognition and collection of revenue. Coordinatewith external consultants and auditors (CAs and CPAs) for compliance, taxfilings, statutory audits, and internal controls. Ensureadherence to accounting standards (Indian GAAP with exposure to US GAAP) andmaintain proper documentation and audit trails. Collaborateclosely with HR, Sales, and Operations teams for alignment on payroll,reimbursements, and other cross -functional financial activities. Overseestatutory payments and filings (TDS, GST, PF, ESI, PT) and ensure accuracy andtimeliness. Identifyand implement process improvements and automation to strengthen internalcontrols and efficiency.10. Maintainconfidentiality of financial data and support ad -hoc finance or specialprojects as needed.Skills &Attributes Required:· Strongfoundation in core accounting, operational finance, and statutory compliance.· Hands -onexperience with bank accounting, expense management, payroll, and paymentprocessing.· Proficiencyin Tally ERP 9, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.· Workingknowledge of billing systems, approval workflows, and client payment tracking.· Ability towork independently, multitask, and handle tight timelines.· Attentionto detail with a solution -oriented and ownership mindset.· Excellentcommunication and cross -functional coordination skills.· Proactiveand execution -driven approach to daily operations.PreferredQualifications:· Bachelor'sdegree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.· 3–5 yearsof hands -on accounting and operational finance experience, preferably inmulti -entity or global setups.· Exposureto US GAAP, intercompany accounting, and cross -border compliance is an addedadvantage.
