Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing

eCommerce platforms and web applications, ensuring product quality, performance,

and reliability.

Key Responsibilities


• Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and

eCommerce applications.


• Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, and performance testing across

devices and browsers.


• Collaborate with the development and design teams to identify, track, and

resolve defects.


• Conduct API testing, database validation, and end-to-end integration testing.


• Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with business and user requirements.


• Maintain comprehensive test documentation and ensure adherence to QA

standards.


• Participate in release management and provide go/no-go recommendations

based on testing outcomes.

Required Skills


• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle management.


• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Postman, Selenium, and

TestRail.
• Experience testing eCommerce platforms like Magento, Shopify, VTEX, or

WooCommerce.


• Knowledge of API testing, database queries (MySQL, MongoDB), and cross-

browser testing.


• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills


• Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter,

LoadRunner).


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).


• Basic scripting knowledge (Java, Python, or JavaScript) for test automation.
