About the Role

The Senior Executive Human Resources will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy and driving organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
  • Oversee recruitment, talent management, and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in change management.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.

Pay range and compensation package

The salary for this position ranges from 1.8 Lakh to 2.4 lakh, depending on experience and qualifications.
