Role Description

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display advertising, content marketing).
  • Plan and manage campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales and ROI.
  • Manage and optimize the company website and landing pages for SEO and conversion performance.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute engaging content.  Analyze digital marketing metrics and performance data, providing actionable insights.
  • Oversee paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to optimize customer journey and lead nurturing.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage budgets and report on ROI.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategy
  • Ability to analyze data and measure social media performance
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation skills
  • Proficiency in Web Analytics and Digital Marketing
  • Marketing skills with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
