Role Description

This is a
full-time on-site role
for a Full Stack Developer
(MERN Stack)
with a
backend strong focus
. The position is located in Bengaluru. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for both front-end and back-end web development, collaborating on the design and implementation of software applications. The role involves writing clean, secure, and maintainable code, integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. The developer will also work closely with other team members to solve complex technical problems and ensure the quality of the final product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality web applications using MongoDB, , , and
• Architect backend systems, APIs, and database queries for performance and scalability.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT, session management).
• Integrate third-party APIs and work closely with frontend/product teams.
• Optimize backend processes and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure code quality via testing, peer reviews, and best practices.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and efficient deployments.
• API & Architecture: Deep understanding of microservices architecture and API-first design principles.
• Design and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB): schema design, normalization, indexing, and security.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code; ensure code quality through testing and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues and optimize application speed and scalability.

Eligibility Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience
  as a MERN Stack Developer or Full Stack Developer.
• Strong backend development skills with , Express, and MongoDB.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), API development, and version control (Git).
• Knowledge of RESTful API design, authentication mechanisms, and data structures.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT).
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Server management experience with Nginx, and Apache.
• Ability to integrate AI tools and APIs; basic knowledge of AI agents and prompt engineering.
• Strong problem-solving mindset emphasizing simplicity, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Performance Optimization: Knowledge of caching (Redis, Memcached), load balancing, and horizontal scaling techniques.
• Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS for asynchronous communication.
• Familiarity with Serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
• Ownership mindset, taking responsibility from design through deployment and maintenance.

This position requires working onsite from
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
