Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day sales activities and provide support to the sales team for smooth operations.
  • Order Management: Prepare, process, and follow up on sales orders, quotations, and delivery schedules.
  • Customer Handling: Communicate with customers to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Scheduling: Manage appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Inventory Monitoring: Track inventory levels, product availability, and coordinate with production or warehouse teams for dispatch.
  • Reporting: Maintain and update sales reports, customer databases, and sales records accurately.
  • Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and related documentation.
  • Department Coordination: Liaise between the sales, marketing, accounts, and production departments for effective communication and workflow.
  • Meeting Assistance: Organize and participate in internal sales meetings, exhibitions, or events as required.
  • Delivery Follow-up: Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers by coordinating with logistics and production teams.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong in follow-up and coordination.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email handling, Internet).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in sales coordination or a similar role will be an added advantage.
