Job Overview

Spaco Work Hubs Pvt Ltd is hiring an IT Recruiter to manage and streamline recruitment operations at our Vannarpettai workspace. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT hiring and a strong interest in building skilled technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete IT recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Draft and update job descriptions for technical and non-technical roles.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify hiring needs and manpower requirements.
• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
• Support HR functions like attendance, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Ensure smooth and timely hiring processes across all departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or HR operations.
• Good understanding of IT job roles, hiring platforms, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
