Canteen Supervisor

Primary Responsibility:

· The prime responsibility of the Canteen Supervisor is to understand the complete Canteen Operations.

· Keeping track of all purchases and maintaining the stock

· Inventory of all inhouse canteen.

· Maintaining all the Canteen records like MIS, Consumption Sheets & billing details.

· Check and verify all settlements done at end of day.

· Preparing the F & B MIS report and submitting to the accounts department.

· Forecasting, planning and controlling the ordering of food and beverages.

· Training the kitchen staff on Menu Planning, Hygiene, Grooming and innovations in the menu.

. Preparing duty rota of canteen staff

· Any other tasks as and when required by the management.

Qualification:

· Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management.

Experience:

· 3-7yrs with prior work experience in Hospitals preferred.

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,938.45 per month
