1) THE CANDIDATE:

Qualification: B.Arch with 3-5 years of experience

The incumbent needs to have a hardcore Architectural background – preferably with an exposure with an Architectural Firm.

2) MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

a) Preparing working drawings and presentation drawings.

b) Assisting in planning & façade designs

c) Assisting in project feasibility planning

d) Vendor coordination

e) Research and vendor coordination

3) Functional Competencies:

Software knowledge:

  • Autocad
  • Photoshop
  • Revit (preferable)
  • Sketchup
  • VRay /Lumion
  • MS Office

Skills:

· Has worked with Architectural firms where they have been involved in coordination with various consultants in the planning of the projects.
