Purpose of the role
To ensure the supply/ availability of Manpower as per AOP at all the times enabling business to run seamlessly. To ensure the best available talent pool is created to fit in to the organizational cultural & compensation benchmarking.

Responsibilities/ Duties
Ensure manpower sourcing or availability of talent pool as per AOP
Sourcing best fit profiles as per organization cultural and compensation standards.
Optimum use of available modes of sourcing and using the best possible source mix in order to cost optimization.
Effective & transparent discussions with prospected candidates.
Coordination with candidates from initial profile discussion to interview conduction.
Coordination with respective managers and departmental heads for scheduling interviews and shortlisting.
Negotiate with the selected candidates and prepare CTC approvals at different levels
Generate offer letter accurately and timely.
Effectively achieve assigned recruitment targets
Co-ordination with the candidate and HR Support/Partner for proper documentation
Maintain various tracker relevant to the profile.
Maintain MIS pertains to manpower numbers and expenses
Prepare various reports for audit & management review
Manage candidate relation issues pertaining to CTC offered and role
Channel development with industry specific vendors.

- Negotiation Skills, Mass Hiring, Recruitment Management, Network building Skills, Problem Solving, Excellent Communication Skills, Sourcing
Language - English, Regional Language and Hindi desirable
Computer literate Word / Excel / E-mail / Web based system
