Role Description

Rigor around AR recovery to include co-ordination with CRM. Improve the collection % through follow-ups and negotiations.

b Explore Payment Option in Payment Gateway to give Better Customer Experience. (Example:-To convert cheque paying Distributors/Customers to online.)

c) Reconciliations including bank, market-places, B2B, GT and Modern Trade channels.

d) Doing Sales/Sales return Reco, invoice checking on regular basis and maintain tracker

e) Assist in Audits and close all open points within timelines.

f) Co-ordinating with AP team for processing of claims (Rebates, QPS, cash discount etc.)

g) Coordinating with Bank for resolving the issues related to BRS.

h) To provide support in ensuring high standards of compliance with Company policies.

i) To provide support during Month End/Year End Activities.

j) To provide support in the timely preparation of Balance sheet schedules and in maintaining the hygiene and quality of schedules.

k) Maintaining Bank/Distributor/Market-place Agreements Tracker.

l) Maintaining Tracker for bank Guarantee related to COD Vendors.

m) Maintaining AR days as per BP.

n) Ensure closure of old/pending distributors with issues with NOCs. Also, to ensure required documentation/agreements are in place for new distributors.

o) Ensure to resolve CRM Queries related to Collection.

p) Legal Notice required to be sent to defaulters if overdue outstanding is not being cleared

q) Coordinate with bank for payments tracking

r) AR Dashboard preparation

s) Debtors outstanding report

t) Daily sales and return Report

u) TDS Reconciliation VS TDS Traces

Skills required

  • 3-4 years of experience with invoicing, account reconciliation, and accounts receivable processes
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus
