Position: Customer Relationship Manager / Customer Relationship Executive

Location: KM Residency, Govardhan Chauraha, Mathura

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Understand client needs and present suitable property options.

Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.

Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.

Organize site visits and provide detailed project information to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any field (MBA/BBA/experience in real estate preferred).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Prior experience in sales and customer service will be an advantage.

Strong team player with relationship-building abilities.
