Position: Export Executive

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Shift Timings: 09:15 AM – 06:30 PM (Shift arrangements must be adaptable based on workload.)

Location: Rajkot (On-Site)

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Export Executive to support international business operations. The role will involve managing product registrations, export documentation, sales target achievement, and new lead generation across global markets. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through proactive follow-ups, effective customer onboarding, and leveraging digital B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Support product registration and compliance for international markets.

· Manage documentation for new targeted countries.

· Ensure website & digital export readiness, including LinkedIn advertisements.

· Drive sales target achievement through proactive strategies.

· Generate new leads, prepare quotations, and follow up for conversions.

· Evaluate and coordinate exhibition participation for business growth.

· Handle post-exhibition leads to maximize outcomes.

· Convert leads into long-term customers through relationship building.

· Oversee new customer onboarding processes.

· Drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across product lines.

Qualifications

· Strong understanding of export documentation, pricing, and shipping norms.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Digital B2B platform expertise (Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.).

· Proactive follow-up and self-driven attitude.

· Willingness to research new markets and build data-driven strategies.

· Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business, Marketing, or related fields.

· 2–5 years of experience in B2B exports or international sales.

· Familiarity with cosmetics/pharma export preferred.

· Proficient in Excel, CRM tools, and international communication platforms.
