Quantitative Analyst Location: Jaipur ( Onsite ) ( Work from Office) Experience required : 3+ Years Max Budget : 18 LPA 
Key Responsibilities:
Research and Development: Conduct comprehensive research on financial markets, asset classes, and various trading instruments in   the crypto space. Develop, test, and optimize quantitative trading strategies based on statistical models and historical data. Systematically analyse market inefficiencies to identify potential trading opportunities. Algorithm Design and Implementation: Design and implement algorithmic trading systems capable of executing rapid and efficient trades in      the crypto market. Utilize statistical and quantitative analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in  financial data related to cryptocurrencies. Develop and maintain trading algorithms using programming languages such as Python, R, C++, or Java. Utilize statistical models, machine learning techniques, and data visualization tools to improve trading  strategies. Risk Management: Implement robust risk management protocols to safeguard against potential losses and maintain a balanced portfolio. Monitor and assess the risk exposure of trading strategies, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks  effectively.
Education/Experience Qualification: Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics,  Computer Science, or a related field.

Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or Java. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, trading concepts, and market microstructure, especially in the  context of cryptocurrencies. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced trading environment
Required Experience: 3+ years of experience in algorithmic trading or related fields, preferably in the crypto space. (On-site experience is preferred).
