We are looking for a skilled
XR Developer
with hands-on experience in
Unity and Unreal Engine
to design, develop, and optimize immersive AR, VR, and MR applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about real-time 3D, interaction design, and creating seamless spatial experiences across devices such as VR headsets, AR platforms, mobile, and desktop.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality
  AR/VR/MR experiences
  using
  Unity and Unreal Engine
  .
• Implement interactive systems, physics-based interactions, animation state machines, real-time 3D environments, modular system development.
• Implement projects in URP and HDRP
• Build optimized scenes, shaders, lighting setups, and UI/UX flows for immersive experiences.
• Integrate
  AR SDKs
  (ARCore, ARKit, Vuforia) and
  VR frameworks
  (OpenXR, SteamVR, Meta SDK).
• Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, and engineers to translate concepts into working prototypes and full applications.
• Work with game mechanics, character interactions, virtual environments, and spatial mapping.
• Optimize performance across devices (VR headsets, mobile AR, PC VR, immersive installations).
• Implement API integrations, data communication, and digital-twin style interactions where needed.
• Debug, test, and deploy immersive applications across multiple platforms.
• Maintain documentation, version control (Git), and clean coding practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience
  in XR development with Unity and Unreal Engine.
• Strong understanding of
  C# (Unity)
  and
  Blueprints + C++ (Unreal)
  .
• Strong understanding of URP and HDRP workflows.
• Experience building and deploying
  AR/VR/MR applications
  .
• Familiarity with headset ecosystems: Meta Quest, HTC Vive, Pico, Vision Pro (bonus).
• Experience with
  3D asset pipelines
  (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max) and optimization.
• Good understanding of shaders, rendering pipelines, lighting, and real-time performance.
• Hands-on experience with
  OpenXR
  ,
  ARCore
  ,
  ARKit
  , or VisionOS is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to convert conceptual ideas into interactive experiences.
• Experience with
  Git/GitHub
  , Agile workflow, and working with cross-functional teams.
• Good to have experience in shader graph.
• Key requirement: Should be from Kolkata West Bengal or ready to relocate to Kolkata
