Job Description
- For real estate residential and commercial high-rise structures, ensuring product quality through implementation of quality assurance and quality control system, for all projects.
- Carrying out quality checks on materials and workmanship at construction sites and ensuring conformance to standards. Knowledge of applicable codes.
Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
Location : Borivali (W) Mumbai
Experience :
10-12 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience in premium high rise residential projects
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Knowledge of applicable IS codes for construction and testing of materials, conversant with Site Laboratory set up and testing. Experience of High Grade Concrete Mix Designs and testing
- Working knowledge of MS Word / Excel
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Competent in problem solving
