Global Business Services

Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

Job Description

Global Markets NFRR - Responsible for the preparation and submission of the NFRR reports on periodic basis and share with the Line of business. Key activities include - Generating the report from the GRRS application- Performing and Analyzing data quality checks- Investigate data issues found- Perform manual adjustments if any- Get signoff from relevant stake holders on the report generated- Archival of Submission and Supporting Documentation. Team also partners and support few other functions like Transformation, continuous improvement, and Production Monitoring as horizontals.

Global Markets Transformation & Change – Responsible for supporting portfolio of regulatory/ industry/ strategic/ operational excellence programs & projects in Project Management, Business Analysis, Test Execution and Test management capacity, while adhering to change standards and governance guidelines.

Tax Reporting is a new interest-bearing accounts and Certificates of Deposits (CDs) require a complete Form W-9 when the account is opened. The Form W-9 is the part of the signature card and is maintained on Image View. Tax Reporting receives Forms-W9's from Reasonable Cause, B-Notice, Penalty Notice mailings and from banking centers for name or TIN changes to existing accounts.

The Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) – Transaction Reporting Control Group (TRCG) group is responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of the Bank's regulatory reporting obligations across multiple global regulatory jurisdictions of regulatory reports that are not produced within the CFO function

Requirements

Education: B Tech./ MBA/ PGDM / Maters in Economics / Quantitative Technique & Economics/ Mathematics/ Supply Chain/ Operations/ Statistics/ Data Sciences

Location: Students should be willing to work in any locations namely – Mumbai, Chennai, Gurugram, Gandhinagar (GIFT), Hyderabad as per company requirement

Skills exposure: Desired characteristics include integrity, attention to detail, assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic and team focus, Strong interest in global financial markets and commodities sector and keen interest in complex structures is preferred, Analytical problem solving, Technical skills (MS Office: Excel & PowerPoint), Communication skills

Shift : Should be willing to work in any shifts / night shifts as per company requirement
