Automotive Service Advisor

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will act as the main point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring excellent service quality, accurate job estimation, and timely vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair needs.
Create and maintain accurate job cards and service estimates.
Communicate repair requirements, costs, and timelines to customers clearly.
Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow.
Update customers on job status and obtain approval for additional repairs if needed.
Perform final inspection before vehicle delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions and service history.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering or a related field.
1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or workshop.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical understanding of vehicle systems and components.
Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving attitude.
Knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System) preferred.
