General Laborer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, processes, and operational procedures
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track operational performance
• Support project management and process improvement initiatives
• Identify and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal standards
• Assist in ad-hoc analysis and business reviews as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Statistics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools; experience with BI tools is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Knowledge of Singapore and SEA business environment is preferred
