Roles and Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about services and offers.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
* Convert leads into successful sales by persuading potential customers.
* Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
* Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to generate leads.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹200, ₹500,000.00 per year
