Academic Qualifications & Certifications

Bachelors Degree (B.Tech/Diploma Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil)

Advanced/Post Diploma in Industrial Safety from a State Technical Board

NEBOSH IGC or I-Dip (preferable)

Required Experience

8+ years of Telecom experience preferred

Proven track record managing Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs in a relevant industry

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor company EHS programs and policies to ensure regulatory compliance.

Maintain safety equipment inventory and perform periodic safety inspections

Oversee workers compensation and workplace ergonomics initiatives.

Investigate and mitigate hazardous conditions impacting workers, property, and the environment.

Conduct risk assessments and audits to minimize organizational liability

Deliver EHS training and orientations to employees.

Coordinate and participate in EHS committee meetings.

Establish and maintain an ESG Management System with periodic reporting.
