Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and support decision-making.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting.
  • Evaluate business performance through financial metrics and KPIs.
  • Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations.
  • Conduct cost analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for accurate data collection.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150, ₹200,000.00 per year
