We're looking for a dynamic and outgoing Marketing Executive to join our growing startup team This is a field-based role (not daily) that involves meeting clients, promoting our brand, and supporting on-ground marketing activities. Ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, exploring new markets, and learning the ropes of real-world marketing.

Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year

Location: Kundrathur

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential clients, partners, and local businesses to promote company products/services.
  • Support the execution of on-ground marketing activities, events, and brand promotions.
  • Collect feedback and build relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Help identify new marketing opportunities and potential target areas.
  • Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for lead updates, client requirements, and campaign reports.
  • Provide regular field updates and reports to the marketing manager/team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales or field marketing.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be comfortable traveling locally for client visits and marketing activities.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Preferred / Good to Have:

  • Basic knowledge of marketing and sales techniques.
  • Experience in B2C promotions, events, or on-ground campaigns (internship or college projects count).
  • Familiarity with using social media for brand promotion.
