• 59 years of experience in design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements.
• Automate workflows using Power Automate, including custom connectors and child flows.


• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability across CRM customizations.


• Implement and manage custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript-based enhancements.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.


• Perform data migrations, integrations, and ensure data integrity across systems.


• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.


• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to best practices in CRM development.


• Good to have knowledge of Canvas Apps and Power Pages to enhance user experience and extend CRM functionality
