Role Overview

We are seeking a
Compliance Analyst
to support the regulatory and compliance functions within our Swiss operations. You will help ensure adherence to
local and international regulations
, conduct reviews, and assist in risk management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    KYC/AML reviews and due diligence
    for clients and transactions.
  • Perform
    compliance testing, gap analysis, and risk assessments
    .
  • Prepare
    reports, documentation, and regulatory submissions
    .
  • Monitor updates to
    FINMA, MAS, and other relevant regulations
    and update internal policies.
  • Collaborate with
    Legal, Audit, and Operations teams
    to implement compliance initiatives.
  • Assist in
    training programs and awareness campaigns
    to promote a compliance culture.
  • Support
    internal and external audits
    .

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Finance, Law, or related field
    .
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    compliance, regulatory, or financial crime roles
    (entry-level welcome).
  • Strong knowledge of
    KYC, AML, and Swiss regulatory landscape (FINMA, Swiss banking regulations)
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
    .
  • Strong
    communication and stakeholder management skills
    .
  • Fluent in
    English
    ; German and/or French is a plus.
