Job DescriptionJob Description
  • Years of years of experience: 5 to 9 yrs
  • Location Preference - Bangalore / Hyderabad
  • Full life cycle end to end recruiting
  • Domain Expertise: UEG (Utilities, ECO, GIS), Healthcare, Digital Consulting, Consumer, MFG, Energy, Comms and Media (Should have worked for minimum 3-4 domains)
  • Skill expertise: (Powersystem, GIS, SAP ISU, SAP ISU Oil, Manhattan, OMP, O9, OBRM, Facets, Athena, Data scientist, Architect level roles etc…).
  • Sources used - low cost - Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, ER, internal database and other 0 cost channels.
  • ATS worked - Success Factor will be preferred
  • Experience in handling large volumes and niche skills
  • Experience in Excel daily reporting / Reports preparation
  • Good stake holder management
  • Soft skills: Good communication skills, attitude & good data management skills
  • Partnering with hiring Managers to understand their teams' hiring needs and team dynamics.
  • Identify, engage and secure top hardworking candidates (both passive and active).
  • Develop sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates for each specific requisition
  • Be the search expert for functional areas by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements
  • Work proactively to move candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possible
  • Negotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates
  • Provide excellent customer service to our hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates.
