We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our software services team inBangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of managing software development and digital transformation projects, particularly in the eCommercedomain. You will be responsible for end -to -end project execution, stakeholderengagement, and ensuring successful client delivery aligned with businessobjectives. Key Responsibilities:· Lead and manage multiple clientprojects from initiation to deployment, ensuring quality, timeliness, andprofitability.· Act as the primary clientliaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communicationthroughout project lifecycles.· Develop detailed project plans,define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress against KPIs.· Implement and oversee Agilemethodologies (Scrum/Kanban) across cross -functional teams to ensure efficientdelivery.· Identify project risks early,develop mitigation strategies, and manage change requests effectively.· Motivate and mentor projectteams to drive performance, accountability, and collaboration.· Prepare and present projectupdates, dashboards, and executive summaries for internal and clientstakeholders.· Promote continuous improvementand contribute to process optimization across the delivery organization. Requirements· Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).· 7–10 years of experience inmanaging software development or IT consulting projects.· PMP certification is mandatory.· Experience managing eCommerce,retail tech, or large -scale digital projects.· Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agilemethodologies (Scrum / Kanban), and project delivery frameworks.· Hands -on experience usingproject management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project.· Proven ability to managecross -functional, distributed teams in fast -paced environments.· Excellent communication,stakeholder management, and problem -solving skills.Soft Skills:· Strategic thinker with hands -onexecution capabilities.· Excellent leadership andinterpersonal skills.· Strong decision -making andanalytical abilities.· Ability to thrive underpressure and adapt to changing priorities.
