RFID and Traceability Expert

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy
RFID and Traceability Expert
with a strong interest in
Delivery Automation
to join our Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining advanced traceability technologies such as RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification), BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), and automation tools that enhance operational efficiency in retail environments.

You will play a key role in transforming store operations through the use of smart tracking systems and delivery automation technologies to improve visibility, reduce shrinkage, and elevate customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead the implementation and management of
RFID, BLE
, and other traceability technologies across retail operations.

 Design and execute strategies for
inventory tracking, loss prevention, and asset visibility
using smart technologies.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for
delivery automation
and
workflow optimization
.

 Integrate traceability systems with
ERP, WMS, and POS platforms
for real-time data tracking and reporting.

 Evaluate and select vendors and technology partners for traceability and delivery automation solutions.

 Support the deployment, testing, and maintenance of hardware and software systems in retail stores.

 Analyze system performance and KPIs, and recommend improvements to increase reliability and scalability.

 Contribute to broader
digital transformation initiatives
including store automation, data-driven insights, and customer experience enhancements.

 Train internal stakeholders and end-users on the usage of deployed technologies and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
:

 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related field.

 Proven experience (1+ years preferred) in implementing and managing
RFID, BLE,
or similar tracking technologies.

 Understanding of
delivery automation systems
, robotics, or last-mile delivery optimization.

 Experience in
retail tech or store operations
environments.

 Strong technical knowledge of
IoT, wireless communication protocols,
and system integrations.

 Proficiency with tools such as
RFID middleware, inventory management systems,
and analytics dashboards.

 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
