  • Collaboration:Working with internal departments, such as billing and coding, to resolve discrepancies.
  • Customer Service:Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from patients and other stakeholders.
  • Stay Informed:Keeping up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
