We are in the process of hiring an Accountant

Preferrable for female candidates

Job Title: Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience in GSTR1 & GSTR3B filing.
  • Hands on experience in TDS filing.
  • Knowledge in ROC filing, corporation tax, professional tax ,EDLI ,EPF & ESI.
  • Knowledge of labour and Industrial laws.
  • Knowledge in Liaison with Government and statutory bodies.
  • Knowledge in EXIM policy, RBI guidelines with respect to Import & Export.
  • Knowledge in FEMA with respect to Import & Export.

GST Filing Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of GST regulations and ensure accurate and timely GST filings.

Audit and Income Tax Proficiency: Perform auditing tasks and facilitate income tax filings, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.

Vendor Negotiation Skills: Exhibit strong negotiation abilities when dealing with vendors to optimize procurement terms

Multilingual Communication: Possess proficient communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil to facilitate effective interactions.

Report Preparation and Sharing: Prepare financial reports and present them to the management for informed decision-making.

Tally Expertise: Demonstrate hands-on experience with Tally accounting software, with a minimum of 5 to 12 years' proficiency.

Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and Petty Cash Handling: Manage bank reconciliations and oversee petty cash transactions accurately.

Auditor Coordination: Updating accounts payable and receivable maintaining books of accounts till finalization and coordinating with Auditors. Collaborate with auditors to ensure smooth and timely completion of audit-related tasks and filings.

TDS Knowledge and Reporting: Possess expertise in TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and prepare and share quarterly reports with management.

MS Office Proficiency: Utilize MS Office tools effectively to enhance accounting and reporting tasks.

· Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

· Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Qualification

  • Very Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills

· Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

.Experience-Minimum 4 to 9 years

Preferrable for female candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
