The person is expected to provide end-to-end support for AM (Additive Manufacturing) production quoting and workflow management systems, integration with SAP, and tools like AM Edge, 3DXpert, AIMOS, and Qoton.

They also need to handle user management, knowledge base updates, and deployment support for applications across sites.

Responsibilities 
  1. AM Production Workflow Support
    • Quoting & workflow management for additive manufacturing.
  2. Integration Support
    • AM Edge and 3DXpert tool integration.
    • SAP integration troubleshooting.
  3. Application Support
    • Functional support for AIMOS (likely an internal manufacturing/operations tool).
    • Support application deployment across different sites.
  4. User Access Management
    • Grant/revoke/manage user access.
  5. Knowledge Management
    • Update FAQ/knowledge base articles.
  6. Coordination
    • Work with Qoton team (likely a vendor or tool partner).
