About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at WITS. You will work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to designing and delivering innovative software solutions that power our business.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core (C#) and Angular/TypeScript.
  • Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle in design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, architecture, and QA, to deliver robust and efficient solutions.
  • Develop and integrate microservices and RESTful APIs for modular and maintainable systems.
  • Analyze system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative approaches for improving existing systems.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in C#/.NET Core and Angular/TypeScript development.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.
  • Experience in Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and SQL Databases.
  • Exposure to the Industrial Automation domain is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD pipelines preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite in Bengaluru).
