We are looking for experienced candidates who will be responsible for procurement ( IT Hardware ) process. This job demands good communication skills in English. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sourcing of IT equipments, materials & services and managing vendors.
  • Identify, comprehend specifications and source products requested by clients
  • Estimate effective cost of items to be procured adding up other expenses such as freight, warehousing etc
  • Constantly find new vendors, distributors, manufacturers to ensure best pricing and quality
  • Preparation of comparison for quotes, releasing purchase orders and follows up with suppliers for
    timely

delivery of quality products.
- Readiness to work extended hours or in different time zones meet product delivery schedule

Knowledge and Skills

  • Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
  • Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions.
  • Must possess good communication skills in English.
  • Working knowledge in MS Excel, Google sheets etc.

Minimum Qualification

  • Degree in any discipline preferably with subjects related to procurement / material management included in the academic curriculum

OR

  • Diploma in IT or Computer Science
  • Additional Certificates related to Procurement Process will be given weightage.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement preferably IT networking devices.

Language proficiency

  • English
