We are looking for someone who can code, and is also willing to communicate with clients.

Min experience: 3 years.

Attractive starting pay: up to 20 LPA depending on proficiency.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products.

  • Manage stakeholders and communicate with clients
  • Lead a small team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience

Skills & Traits We're Looking For - Must Have

  • Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Solid TypeScript/JS and Python experience
  • React, Node/Express, REST APIs
  • Git, Docker, Linux familiarity
  • Understanding of embeddings, vector stores, LangChain/LlamaIndex
  • Self-starter mindset - comfortable moving in ambiguity
  • Worked on RAG or LLM-driven tools

What You'll Do

  1. Prototype Real-World AI Use Cases

  2. Apply Autothought to solve problems in claims, compliance, risk, onboarding, and more

  3. Build custom copilots and chat-based workflows trained on internal knowledge

  4. Deploy domain-tuned RAG, fine-tuned models, and secure NLP pipelines

  5. Full-Stack Software Engineering

  6. Own the development of AI-powered internal tools (React + Express)

  7. Ship fast in feedback loops while balancing reliability and privacy

  8. Work within a secure, tightly monitored infrastructure

  9. Client Collaboration + BFSI Exposure

  10. Sit alongside business, compliance, and tech teams inside the client

  11. Shape requirements, validate assumptions, and ship iteratively

  12. Learn the operating realities of one of India's top BFSI brands

  13. Cross-Pollinate with Pints AI's R&D

  14. Stay plugged into our research team's work on LLM orchestration, embeddings, and compression

  15. Contribute to internal tools and open-source libraries when off client delivery cycles
  16. Level up fast through mentorship, feedback, and hands-on deployments
